It is featured in the main exhibition of the Dachau Memorial. The film was produced by Maya Schweizer, Benjamin Meyer-Krahmer and Clemens von Wedemeyer in cooperation with the Dachau Memorial. It was shown to the general public for the first time on 20 July. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the premiere was held outdoors along the former camp road at the Dachau Memorial. J U L Y Bavarian Order of Merit for Dr Hammermann “I am truly honoured to receive this exceptional award. It is a recogni- tion of the important work we carry out at the Dachau Memorial and underscores the ongoing signifi- cance of maintaining remembrance and commemoration for the victims of the Nazi regime”, said Dr Gabriele Hammermann upon receiving the Bavarian Order of Merit from Bavarian Minister-President Dr Markus Söder on 8 July.
